1O1 Curators is a Berlin-based strategic advisory. We work with landmark institutions and private principals whose significance extends beyond what they offer — to who gathers around them, and what holds them there.
Our practice is built on the conviction that community does not emerge from symbolic weight alone. It requires intentional architecture — hospitality, tone, format, and social design. We build that architecture. Drawing on direct experience across cultural, civic, and commercial contexts, we design the connective tissue between institutions and the communities they seek to convene — identifying the audiences, structuring the formats that attract them, and curating the relationships that make communities form.
Our purpose is to ensure that the institutions and principals we work with are not only recognised for what they represent — but sought out for who gathers around them.
